terms and condicions

Reservation

• To confirm your reservation we require 50% deposit of the total amount

• 50% final payment must be received not less than 30 days prior to arrival

• payment by bank transfer

Security deposit

• A security deposit of 1000€ is required to be paid not less than 7 days prior to arrival

• It will be refunded within 7 days after check out

• Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit

Cancellation Policy

• more than 30 days prior to your arrival: 50% of deposit refunded

• Less than 30 days prior to your arrival: no refund of deposit

Arrival and departure conditions

• Check in time: from 3pm to 6pm

• Check out time: 11am
